Buttermilk Pancakes from Scratch

I have a milk man that delivers our milk every Friday (Smith Brothers for you Puget Sound residents)… every other week I have him add a quart of Buttermilk to my order… I know you can make your own buttermilk by adding vinegar to your milk (just like in me Easy Homemade Pancakes recipe)  But its nice to serve the kiddos the “real” thing every so often!

I ended up with about 12-14 pancakes with this recipe... only 3 were left at the end... I tossed them in a Ziploc and put the in the fridge for tomorrows breakfast!
