This is so super easy, light and fluffy… you can’t go wrong!
Here is what you will need:
Pre-heat oven to 350
2 Cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups sugar
1 cup veg. oil
4 eggs
5 large carrots peeled and shredded











Stone 55-60 mins
