Have you ever tried to make homemade french fries and they turn out under-cooked or super greasy?! Try this recipe… there are 2 tricks to making these super yummy! Then compare the price of a bag of frozen french fries you’d get at the grocery store to a couple potatoes it takes to make these… Pennies on the $$$!!!
Here is what you’ll need:
- 4 potatoes (that served 6 of us)
- Oil for frying
- Salt

That’s “trick” #1
Let them soak a minimum of 30 minutes

Fry them again… this time till they start to turn brown!

Now just salt them to taste and you have your homemade French Fries!
