This dinner is a staple in the family… I never have a problem with the kids finishing up this meal and its good for the adults too! One thing I like to do… I order out the London Broil from my local grocery store Deli… I never grab what they have sitting out in the case… I always have them freshly slice it for me on a ” 1 ” so it comes out almost shaved! Darn near melts in the mouth!!! ~Enjoy
Here is what you’ll need:
- Roast Beef from the deli… I got just under a pound and it served 5 of us.
- AuJus sauce pack
- Water
- Butter
- Garlic
- Cheese of your choice
Optional:
Homemade Hand-Cut French Fries
So I totally forgot to take a pic for step 1… But get your AuJus sauce started in a separate pan… it usually calls for 2 cups water… I find it on the salty side and always add 3 to 3 1/2 cups water!

Time to get your rolls ready!

Turn off the broiler and just slide them back in the oven… its still warm and will melt the cheese down with out over doing the rolls!

Don’t forget to add your AuJus to a lil bowl for dipping!

Silly boy!
