Chicken Parmesan

Here is another great recipe you can make up to the last step and have it ready to toss in the over when you get home from work or sports or what ever other activity your family has you running around for!

Chicken Parmesan

Pre heat oven to 375
Chicken Breasts
1-2 eggs
splash of milk
1/4 cup flour
bread crumbs
oil for frying
spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese

You can use any bread crumbs... this is what I had in the cupboard... I used same amounts of both kinds and mixed them together

Make your egg wash: 1-2 eggs depending on how many pieces of chicken your making and add a splash of milk or cream Pat dry your chicken with a paper towel and hit both sides with a lil flour Dip it into your egg wash and then into the bread crumbs... this might get a lil messy on the finger tips  Set aside and repeat with the other pieces

Dip it into your egg wash and then into the bread crumbs… this might get a lil messy on the finger tips
Set aside and repeat with the other pieces
Heat your oil in the pan and fry up both side till you get a nice golden crust... this doesn't take long!

Slap your chicken with a good dose of spaghetti sauce

Cover with mozzarella cheese & parmesan

Bake in a 375 oven for about 20-25 mins  Please check the chickens temp or slice it to make sure its cooked all the way thru!

Plate it up with some noodles, beans and some homemade French bread!
