Sometimes when I know we are going to have a busy week and there won’t be much time to make dinner… I like to make a meal I know I can just throw in the oven and have leftovers for the next night!!! Lasagna is one of those meals and my family gobbles up this recipe!!
Here is what you’ll need:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 Mild Italian sausage links
- 2 cans spaghetti sauce
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- block of mozzarella cheese
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- pepper
- minced garlic
Bake 375 degrees covered with foil and on a cookie sheet for 55 minutes… Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes
Don’t forget to make up some Easy French Bread to go with!!

Hi Sandy, it looks good, but I would like to know if you beat the eggs and mix it with the ricotta, or are the eggs hard boiled?
I beat the raw egg into the ricotta!
