This frosting is nice… Its not too chocolaty and the sour cream helps it stay light and fluffy! 

Here is what you’ll need:

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup butter

1 cup sour cream

4 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Frost a cake, or cupcakes… and if there is a little left over frost some graham crackers and serve the kiddos (and yourself) a snack!

I made this frosting for my Son’s birthday… he wanted a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting… I didn’t want to over do the chocolate (obviously he had no problem with that) this frosting was perfect for it!
