Kielbasa Scramble

Tired of scrambled eggs??  Here’s a quick little change up to the boring scramble… Great high protein breakfast to whip up real quick and satisfy the belly!

Here is what you’ll need:

1/2 of a Kielbasa… I had a chicken one in the fridge

4 eggs

TBLS milk

shredded cheese

green onion

salt 

pepper

crushed red pepper

Dice up your kielbasa

Over medium heat cook the kielbasa... no need for butter or oil.

Scramble your eggs and add the milk... Shred your cheese

The kielbasa should be getting brown on all sides

add the eggs, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper and scramble

once your eggs are cooked add the cheese and mix in
