Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

I love Peanut Butter cookies and this recipe is super yummy… They don’t turn out flat as a pancake or hard as a rock!  They are soft, fluffy and they melt in your mouth!!

Here is what you’ll need:

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups flour
Mix your butter, shortening and sugars together... then add eggs one at a time

Switch to your batter hook and add your remaining dry ingredients

It should be nice and thick... If you used a peanut butter that contains higher oil content add a 1/2 cup more flour

Ball them up... I use a 1 inch cookie scoop to make sure they are all the same size ;)

Place them on your greased cookie sheet and press down with fork Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
