Chicken Bacon Ranch Bake
Need I say more???
Chicken… Bacon… Ranch… Ā You can’t really go wrong there! Ā I put this together all with left overs… I had the chicken left over from my Whole Chicken in the Crock Pot recipe, bacon left over from breakfast and Pizza Dough left over from the boys lunch. Ā
Pull apart you chicken into pieces and chop up the baconAdd the green onionsAdd some ranch and mixAdd the shredded cheese and mixadd the parmesan and mixAdd anything else you may want in it!Cut the 1/2 of pizza dough in 4Roll out your doughI did a thin rectanglePlace 1/4 of you chicken mix on and fold over the topnow fold over each halfand againand one more time…Kinda like swaddling a baby šPlace on a greased baking sheet… and you can top it with some mozzarella or cheddar cheese if you’d like. Ā Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutesWinner Winner Chicken Dinner! Chicken Bacon Ranch BakeEnjoy!! Ā š
A Facebook friend shared your blog a few days ago because of the Amish white bread, which I totally intend to make–my bread recipe is a little complicated & I love how simple yours is. Anyway, I’ve been really enjoying looking through the recipes & we had 2 of them this week, the homemade biscuits & last night I made these chicken bacon ranch things. They were a WINNER with the entire family, which is hard to accomplish with five kids! For the younger kids I made the smaller ones, but for the 13 & up crowd I used bigger pieces of dough to make calzones. These were a great change of pace! Thanks!
Awesome Kymomma! Totally understand how hard it is to keep everyone happy at the dinner table! I have 4 myself… All of my kiddos love this one too… You should try the chicken bacon ranch casserole too… that ones a hit all around!!
